And it's just a great all-around software that connects across a huge variety of platforms and a huge variety of other software. Whether you're using Chrome or Edge or Firefox, it has plugins for those. And there's tons of other ways that Todoist also connects. You can use Zapier to connect it to Excel or to Google Sheets, things like that. It works great with other software like Zapier. Again, the price point is really good as well, and the interconnectivity between platforms. The Kanban board view is a great feature, and there were several others. That's also really cool, especially if you're doing project management with Todoist. There's a Kanban board that you can do as well, which is a relatively new feature. So there's the traditional to-do list layout. There's a number of different views in Todoist that you can use as well. There's also a wonderful tag feature in Todoist that lets you assign tags to items by priority or by project. And if it's something you can knock out right there, you can go ahead and take care of it. And that's very helpful for, if someone, say in the office, adds a task for you, you're able to see that on your phone. And it's great in that it connects across so many devices. If you have like an iWatch, it's there as well. So one of the awesome things about Todoist is the ability to enter it into, say, a web-based platform, and then it becomes immediately available on your handheld device. But for the tasks and things like that, we chose to go with Todoist. Also, Airtable and Notion were a couple of others, not so much to-do list options in the same way that Todoist is, but still, something that we considered. But it didn't have, again, the cross-platform connection that we really liked and the cross-platform availability as well, so between other programs, but also between devices, and Todoist just really wrapped everything into one for us.Ī couple of other ones that we had looked at were a software that's not really a to-do list software, but Evernote was something that we considered for that. Another that we tried was just another solution through Microsoft Teams, which worked fine. There was a couple of others that we tried. And we tried that it did not have the flexibility that we liked and the cross-platform connectivity.
